AQUAFIN on the Bosporus

At the largest building exhibition in south east Europe, the YAPI 2005, Murat Baykent proprietor of AB Yapi and AQUAFIN International GmbH agreed the establishment of a joint venture under the name AB-SCHOMBURG. The production and distribution company with a 2000m² production plant in Corlu will serve the Turkish market with the complete SCHOMBURG and RETHMEIER product range.

Within a few weeks the complete documentation was translated and the SCHOMBURG layout implemented and adapted for the growing Turkish market. Following investment in personnel and marketing the production is being modernised this winter and the latest formulations from the laboratories in Detmold implemented.

Seminars in Istanbul and Antayla with over 200 Architects, Tradesmen and Distributors in attendance have indicated great interest in our systems.
